| Recording data type | Real Time Data:- This will display the current Recordings time for a period of 6 month History Data:- This option will display Recordings which are older than 6 months |
| From Date | Define the date from which you need to retrieve the recordings |
| To Date | End Date till the time recordings have to be retrieved. |
| Add | Click on Add button to display the recordings of the selected time period |
| Selected Criteria | Display the Date range provided for retrieval of recordings |
| Remove | Click on Remove if the retrieval date range has to be removed and a new date range has to be defined |
| Filter Name | Define a Filter Name which will be a template defined for the selection criteria and can be used in future to retrieve the recordings of the same filter. |
| Data Display Template | It gives an option to select the Data Display Template which will display all the fields which are selected For Eg:-Agent Name Duration of Talking Time Wrap-Up Time Agent extension All Fields will be viewed while generating Recording |
