Jodo Links are Digital Links that can be embedded in Email signatures, in social media campaigns, Print or Digital Ads, as well as Documents and Videos.
Jodo Links allows your customers to start LIVE Voice, Video and Chat conversations with you. Communications are digital and established over the internet and bear no telecom costs.
You can embed the links in your advertisements. You can create QR codes with the links embedded in the QR codes and display it on hoardings or standees or banner ads
The Jodo Toolbar is a browser base module for a user interface that integrates all communications channels including voice, video, and chat. It allows you to interoperate form one media to the other during a single session. Its design is contextual and responsive, making it extremely user-friendly.
Users will receive audio as well as a visual notification / flashing display on the User interface when communication is being established

Jodo is a fully secured platform and all transactions are passed over an HTTPS protocol. Jodo encrypts critical information while storing it in the database eg. Password, credit card information, Identification cards information, etc. Jodo already has VAPT Tests being done.
You can manage your profile from the Jodo Services tab in the Jodo toolbar
The customer can be provided a call-back form if the user is not logged in at the time of the call. The parameters that will be displayed in the call-back form can be customized or standard templates. Customization or changes can be done by the Admin only

Jodo supports many Indian and foreign languages. Currently, 19 languages are included of which 4 are foreign languages: These are French, Spanish, Arabic & Mandarin
All recordings are stored in Jodo Cloud. Recordings will be stored for 30 days
Each user can access the recordings from the Media Traffic tab in the Jodo Toolbar itself.
The default time for data storage is 30 days
We support 3 party conferences – You can add an external third party in the conference – you can have a private conversation with the 3rd party, toggle between the customer and the 3rd party, or merge the calls and start a conference
Jodo provides 2 options for CRM:
1.) An internal CRM called the call guide
2.) Any external CRM can be called within the Jodo iFrame
The user can store the documents on their machine in any folder
Yes, Jodo by default offers 24X7 support for P1 issues, if a customer wants to opt for 24×7 support for other severity level he can connect with the account manager.
You can change your personal jodoLink from Jodo Services –> Configure –> User –> Edit User –> jodoLink URL
Changing your jodoLink will make your older link invalid, you have to communicate to your new link to your customers to enable them to reach you. Be sure to update the jodoLink in your digital assets too.
No, however you can change the organanisation allias to customize your jodoLink to include your and your organization name.
jodoLinks provides internet based services. As such calls from landline and mobile phones(GSM calls) cannot dial jodoLink as there is no number to be dialled – it is an internet addess that need to be typed in the browser.
No, you cannot have a personal phone number, you have a personal internet id- jodoLink.
No, all communication happens only through the browser enable devices.
No, Jodo is an intependent platform and you cannot direct or divert traffic from other platform here.

To change the email template ,we need to duplicate the standard email template provided in the jodo services
The history of the past communication with the customer is visible in the history tab during a live call with that customer
All customer conversations across the different media are visible in the Media Traffic tab on the left-hand side of the toolbar. Select an appropriate date range to filter the conversation.
All the browsers can be used to operate Jodo Link
The minimum bandwidth for voice is 80kbps, and video and screen share are 384kbps
