Online Chat User Window shows the information of the agent chat details in terms of Chat user type, number of clients, Chat Start Time and Status Duration.

Customer Name | Name of customer who initiated the conversation. |
Customer Contact | Contact number of customer. |

Connect Status | Defines whether customer is connected or not. |
