User Types
This option allows us to create different User Types such as Agents, Supervisors, Administrators, Auditors, etc.
The user types defined here in the system configuration will be visible in the User Management Tool
We can also allocate, view and edit different privileges for created user type
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Add | Allows to add a new user type in the organization |
| User Type | Type of the user created e.g.TL, admin etc. |
| Reporting To | Reporting authority for the User, like user reporting to Administrator or Supervisor can be selected here |
