Add Agent Threshold Template Details
| Field | Description |

| Template Name | Shows the template name. |
| Status | Shows the status of the created template. |
| Minimum and Maximum Time | Allows to configure time limit of the threshold. |
| Add | By clicking on Add option, Agent Threshold Template gets added to the threshold list. |
| Finish | Saves the Template and opens Agent Threshold Template’s main window. |
