Add Field Mapping Template
* indicates the mandatory field
| Field | Description |

| Field Mapping Template | Allows to edit the configured recording file template. |
| Script Template | It will List down all the created Script Template Name out of which valid script.Template needs to be mapped with Field Map Template. |
| File Name | Browse the file name which needed to be uploaded on DB. |
| Separator | Based on File extension Separator needs to be selected. Like if import file is saved in Tab Delimited I.e .txt format than Separator needs to be selected as Tab. |
