Add SMS Text Template
Map it to Dispositions which will help users to send out SMS when the agents selects dispositions

| Variable | This is the dynamic content which will change on runtime. Variables like Customer Code, Tenant ID, Tenant name can be selected. |
| Insert | Allows to insert the selected variable. |
| SMS Body | Body of the SMS. |
