| Field | Description |

| Template Name | Name of Template in which Sub-Reasons are edited. |
| Status | Enabling this option will display the disposition in wrap-up mode to agents |
| Next | Clicking on next takes you to the File Attachment Window |
| Cancel | Clicking on Cancel will not save the current information and will take you to the Email Template page |
